ABOUT ME

As I reflect on my own journey when I joined the legal profession in New Delhi, India back in 1986, a wealth of knowledge and experience got accumulated over the years. I learned that knowledge always grows with sharing.

With that in mind, I decided to start this legal blog – one that would focus not just on the technical aspects of the law, more apt for the legal fraternity, but also on the human side of legal practice, which may be of interest to all those interested in the subject.

Language would be kept simple and the blog crisp.

No “Notwithstanding”, “Hereinafter”, “Proviso”, and “Proviso to proviso”.
